Established by Steve Burns in 2002, after a 28 year career at British Gas.Once self employed he struggled to keep up with the work load and took on his son Daniel in 2004. Then expanding further in 2006 by taking on his other son Declan. All our engineers are gas safe registered with public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

In fact we won't ask you to pay until the work has been completed.
We do not charge a call out fee – that is, we do not charge you for travelling to your home or business, at any time of the day or night. We only charge you once we arrive at your premises, for the time we are spending diagnosing and/or repairing your problem.
Additionally, we do not charge for any travelling time to get parts. We only charge for the time we spend in your home or business, getting on with fixing your problem.
All of our plumbers qualifications have been subjected to rigorous checks, making sure that they have the relevant tools, skills and experience to attend to any of our customers. All of our heating engineers are Gas Safe registered.
Landlords - We do not need you to be present at the property. In fact we have done work for Landlords who live as far away as America!
